Job Description

 
Youll need to be friendly and courteous in order to provide excellent customer service, as well as the ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions. Basic computer skills and/or the ability to learn how to operate a cash register, scanner, telephone system, and scale, and the ability to handle money and other forms of payment are also important. Our cashiers are in the unique position of being the final point of contact with our customers, and having the opportunity to leave a lasting impression by providing friendly and courteous service as they accurately and efficiently check out customers orders. If you enjoy interacting with people, a cashier just may be the right job for you! What youll do: Provide friendly and attentive customer service as you scan/ring out and bag customers purchases and collect payment. You may also stock supplies, return shop backs, retrieve carts, clean/straighten shelves, and help answer customers questions and direct them when needed.
