Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturer of boat lifts and docks located in Fergus Falls, MN. We are seeking candidates for Entry-level Machine Operator roles on 1st shift. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities is based on skills and work experience.
What you'll do as an Entry-level Machine Operator:
Load products into robotic machine
Remove parts from machine and check for quality
Move parts to other areas for final production
Read and complete orders
Communicate with Team Lead
What you need to be an Entry-level Machine Operator:
Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but willing to train the right people
Must have good attention to detail
Dedication to quality
