Outreach Coordinator
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Type: Fully Remote

Overview: The Outreach Coordinator will manage stakeholder interactions, coordinate follow-ups, and support outreach events.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder & Contact Management:

  1. Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot).

  2. Track stakeholder activities and provide updates.

  3. Draft and send follow-up emails.

  4. Organize outreach efforts and maintain tracking systems.

  5. Schedule meetings and events, ensuring smooth logistics.

  6. Coordinate with external partners.

  7. Provide support during events.

  8. Generate monthly outreach impact reports.

  9. Assist in creating email campaigns and targeted messaging.

  10. Support in developing outreach materials.

  11.  Ensure consistency in messaging and engagement.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.

  • 1-3 years of outreach coordination or related experience.

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or advocacy outreach.

  • Familiarity with engagement strategies.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

  • Spanish fluency is a plus.
