**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in month-end closing of books for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare tax compliance reports in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain comprehensive accounting schedules and ensure accuracy of the General Ledger
- Develop and implement internal processes and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Contribute to the establishment and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (ProAdvisor), Google Suite, and advanced MS Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; or Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience 
- CPB, CB certification a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated integrity, work ethic, and self-motivation
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a dynamic and growing team
