comprehensive reports, construction plans, and building strong client
relationships, with some travel and on-site work as part of your
journey. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, coordinate, and
direct work for multiple clients and projects. Support strategic
initiatives to enhance client relationships and business growth.
Maintain high standards of quality control on project deliverables and
administrative tasks. Act as a primary point of contact for clients,
ensuring positive interactions and satisfaction. Assist in proposals,
including technical planning, scheduling, and cost estimation. Navigate
diverse project sites, including landfills and contaminated areas, with
a commitment to safety and professionalism. Education and
Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree or higher in Engineering or a related
Environmental field. Professional Engineer license or the ability to
acquire one within a year of hire. 6 to 12+ years of experience in solid
waste management, biogas system design, remediation, and site civil
work. Regulatory experience, particularly in the Upper Midwest, is
highly desirable. Proven project management skills, including budgeting
and invoicing. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership
skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CAD software (Civil 3D
