ABOUT THE ROLE
Kitsap Credit Union is hiring a full-time salaried Vice President of Product to work hybrid out of our Harborside Corporate office in beautiful downtown Bremerton, WA. As the Vice President of Product at Kitsap Credit Union you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and growth of our product offerings. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be responsible for leading the product management team, developing and executing product strategies, and ensuring the delivery of innovative and competitive products that meet the needs of our members and align with the credit union's mission and values. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Product to lead our product management team in driving the development and implementation of innovative digital and credit union products. Product Strategy and Development:

* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather member feedback to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing ones.
