This entry-level position offers the rewarding opportunity to provide 1-hour blocks of 1:1 care for supportive housing residents in Norwood, MA, contributing to the well-being of individuals by helping them with activities of daily living.
We have weekend shifts available, 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM to accommodate your schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Engaging Interactions: Have fun, upbeat, and genuine interactions with residents, staff, property management, and family members.
- Companionship: Provide companionship to residents through mindful and fun recreational activities during daily visits.
- Life Skills Coaching: Coach residents in completing Activities of Daily Living, including medication reminders, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
- Documentation: Maintain daily service logs and track progress of the residents' care plan goals.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare dinner for/with residents and follow the correct meal plan.
- Communication: Report any health or behavioral status changes of the resident to the supervisor.
