Reporting is dependent upon branch and the organizational structure of that branch. You will have a dotted line reporting to the Regional Technical Resource Manager in your region and then up to the National Director of Engineering. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for supporting multiple small to mid-sized clients with their IT projects, performing assessments, presenting findings and recommendations, and installing and configuring hardware and our products and services. You will work as a member of the branch Engineering team and with the Specialists to keep and attract new business and provide mentoring to less tenured Engineers. You will be a trusted advisor to the branch, Specialists, and clients.
This position reports directly to the Senior Engineer Supervisor, Service Manager or General Manager.

Compensation for this position
The compensation range for this role is $50,700- $85,700. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
