Here, you will make an impact by:Collaborate with functional partners and subject matter experts to lead development, approval, detailed metadata, and coordination of upload to Adobe Asset Management for OCP specific content also overseeing hand-off to areas for activation and internal training.Oversee the process to rebrand OCP to Solventum visual identity.Oversee translations with areas and work with platform team to update in OCPManage FAQ updates across all localesDirect agency partners while managing timelines and budgets on respective projects.Oversee PDF and Video Accessibility Compliance for defined programs, and managing asset final approvals by routing final assets for functional signoffs (global).Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND four (4) years of combined experience in developing global omnichannel demand generation marketing programs that include messaging, creative and content strategies in a private, public, government, or military environment.ORHigh School Diploma/GED or higher AND eight (8) years of developing global omnichannel demand generation marketing programs that include messaging, creative and content strategies in a private, public, government or military environment.ANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:One (1) year of experience leading project teams within a matrixed organization in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Medical/Dental/Healthcare industry experience and/or experience in a regulated industryStrong leadership and project management experience working closely and diplomatically with internal and external teams, managing tight timetables and multiple large projects simultaneously.Strong written, verbal and digital communication skillsExceptional interpersonal skills, including presentation skills, as well as effective and persuasive pitching, writing, editing and verbal communicationSelf-starter, self-motivated, deadline-focused and agile mindset with ability to manage ambiguityFor current employees, internal transfer restrictions may not apply.
