Job Description:
Position Objective: In this job, the team member will be responsible for general labor duties of agronomy, efficient operations of the location and provide outstanding customer service.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform operational functions of the agronomy location including blending, loading, delivery of product and general labor.
Complete all related paperwork in a timely manner
Manage inventory in accordance with company procedures/policies
Maintain facility and equipment, keeping it clean and in safe working condition
Assist in other departments/locations as needed
Ensure services are performed in such a manner as to maintain good customer relations
Comply with all federal and state Department of Transportation regulations and strive for excellent Comprehensive Safety Analysis (CSA) scores
Know and follow all company safety policies/procedures. Perform work in a safe manner while observing all traffic laws and all OSHA state and federal safety regulations
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Report all maintenance items to supervisor
Maintain equipment in operational and cleanly appearances at all times
Represent yourself and CFS professionally at all times in action and appearance – positively enriching the culture of CFS
Make decisions and follow instructions with little or no supervision
Perform other duties or projects as requested by management
