The Engineer/Architect will join The Endpoint Design Team. They are a diverse team with responsibility for the strategy, design, build and technical direction of the standard Windows desktop, MAC, Mobile and VDI environments across the global company.
The successful candidate must be a technical expert in Windows and Intune, and have good working knowledge of Active Directory/Intune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create technical solutions that will make user
experience better, or to address a technical issue that is impacting Windows performance.
- Occasional on-call for Weekend support (1 weekend in 8)

- 5+ years of experience as a Windows Engineer or Architect (not Admin)
- Windows -- in-depth technical experience in an enterprise environment. Windows 11 operating system.
- PowerShell -- ability to read and edit code as a minimum
- Experience in managing Windows through the MDM platform Microsoft Intune
- Active Directory
- Experience in giving technical direction to others
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-organised - can organise their time without being micromanaged
- Strong problem solving skills (proven track record of resolving problems and designing/analysing technical solutions)
- Experience of designing solutions to technical problems and adding business value, rather than just administrating technology.
- Degree (e.g., BA, BSc) or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skill
- Working hours - Romania business hours (09:00 am -- 18:00 pm RO Time)
- On-call duty - Occasional on-call at weekends (around 1 in 8). There will be 3
months' notice for when on call will be needed.
- Overtime required -- Only if there are urgent situation to be solved
