• Querying/Updating Microsoft SQL Server DB and validating against front end and back end application, ensuring data integrity between multiple databases; • Generating and modifying standards HL7 messages with compliance to eCAC specific requirements, validate H17 fields and segments against SQL Server database; • Using Fiddler and Splunk to identify and trouble shoot memory, CPU, network and IO issues; • Testing the Enterprise CAC product; and • Web automation using SOAP UI. |

JOB TITLE: Quality Analyst
LOCATION: 11000 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.)
DUTIES: Develop and execute software tests to identify software problems and their causes. Duties include: Analyze and dissect system requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases for large business initiatives; Write test cases and execute testing within a web service environment; product test and drive defect resolution; assist business users in defining User Acceptance Testing, test cases and plans; and establish and maintain test cases and test data; create and maintain test cases; actively participate in walk-throughs, inspections, reviews and user groups meetings for quality assurance; work with business users, systems analysts, designers and programmers to create and analyze various required project documents; and participate in production implementation verification and accountable for validation system quality; plan, document, evaluate and track testing results to ensure system applications are free from defects; communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problem, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow, and functionality within Information Technology software; comply with standards of the software development life cycle and follow strategies, plans and procedures within IT software; comply with standards and strategies of the software development life cycle; act as team lead and subject matter expert for eCAC product; and implement in-sprint automation. Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.
