Your Opportunity as the Senior Analyst, Sales Capability & IS
The role of the Senior Analyst on the Sales Capability and IS Team is to serve as a key support resource for the Customer Category Business (CCB) teams, Sales Operations, and Integrated Analytics. They will act as a subject matter expert and Tier 1 system and process support for the Master Data Management (MDM) system and Pricing Attribute Store (PAS), our internal pricing tool. This person will also play a key role in developing and maintaining policies and processes across the sales and CCB teams.
Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)
Work Arrangements: Hybrid ~30% in office presence
In this role you will:
Support and act as key contact for multiple CCB teams supporting all SBA's
Participate in conversations with CCB to understand PAS needs and requirements
Collaborate with internal groups on pricing processes, offering insights and recommendations
Provide forward thinking mentality, specifically regarding impact to changes to process or system functionalities
Summarize complex technical issues for users in a clear and concise manner
Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to streamline system activities
Work with minimal supervision to lead and deliver medium scale project work, including cross-functional improvement initiatives
Serve as pricing tool reporting subject matter expert; support business users on functionality and provide insight on best reports to meet need
Support internal partners in developing consistent, repeatable processes and implementing improvements
Collaborate with users to troubleshoot system issues, analyze Sales impact and work closely with BA and Developers on resolution as needed
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed
Assist in diagnosis & resolution of user issues through re-creation in test environments and issue research
Monitor & resolve data integration failures. Engage IS partners where necessary
Lead efforts in resolving critical business process issues

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of relevant work experience
Experience working directly with business customers and applying business analysis techniques
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel(i.e. pivot tables, slicers, v-lookups, formulas)
Forward thinking with strong analytical thinking skills
Customer Service Orientationwith an ability to build relationships
Effective communication skills
Ability to lead from where you are
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role (not required):
Experience utilizing business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.) from a reporting standpoint
