The Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island seeks a critical careintensivist with 5 years of experience to join our group of intensivists and advanced care providers to provide 24/7 coverage in our 10-bedded cardiothoracic ICU. The successful candidate will possess outstanding clinical skills and a strong interest in education and must qualify for a faculty appointment at New York University Long Island School of Medicine (NYULISOM).

In Mineola, NY, NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island is a 591-bed tertiary care center with more than 90,000 emergency department visits and inpatient care of more than 33,000 men, women, and children in the last year; the hospital is a highly desired location for quality care.
NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island is the main campus for the NYU Long Island School of Medicine, one of the few free and three-year medical schools in the US. It is the site of several training and academic programs, including internal medicine, Urology, Orthopedics, Radiology, and General Surgery.

The salary range will be $375k-$450k
The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.
