Director of Business Development - Your Opportunity Awaits You!

This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, customer relationships, and sales. Your expertise and knowledge will serve as an internal catalyst for sales and growth initiatives. As an energetic and collaborative leader, you will lead sales and client-relationship management, help identify new markets and emerging trends, provide recommendations for new products and services, and propose and develop new strategic partnerships. Nursing Home Administrators are highly encouraged to apply!!

Your qualifications should include the following:
BA/BS from an accredited university/college.
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in progressive sales/business development roles or leadership roles in a healthcare staffing sales or post-acute care setting.
Solid and progressive leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Ability to work with sales and operations teams, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
Ability to build and foster relationships, both internally and externally
Proven record of exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage sales plans and execute on expected revenue growth and profitability.
Thrive in an environment that is dynamic and evolving.
Ability to adapt quickly and pivot to new strategies as needed.
Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Participate in company operational meetings.
Special Position Requirements:
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle, maintain active driver's license and provide proof of auto insurance upon request.
Travel required (up to 40%).
Preferences:
Experience in long term care.
Healthcare Staffing Sales experience.
