Universal Worker (Assisted Living) - Southcrest Manor II Assisted Living - 1st Shift, Part-Time
Summary
Under the supervision of the
Assisted Living Manager:
- Assists with the provision of personal care to tenants, in accordance with tenant service plans
- Assists in maintaining a safe and clean environment
- If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the individual may provide health-related cares (according to tenant service plans) as assigned by the Director of Nursing Services (DON) and/or Charge Nurse
Qualifications / Requirements
- High school diploma or
equivalent
- If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the individual must have completed a 75-hour nursing assistant class, successfully passed the competency evaluation, and be eligible on the nurse aide registry
- Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
Job Type: Part-Time
Shift: 6a-2p, three (3) days/wk (with potential additional hours of 2p-10p); Flexible Scheduling
Wage Range*: $15.00/hr-$19.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Years
of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15/per year, up to ten (10) years
2nd Shift Differential: $1.00/hr
Weekend Differential: $2.00/hr
