Job Description:
Brutger Equities, Inc. (BEI) is an experienced and professional housing and hotel development and management company based in St. Cloud, Minnesota. BEI owns and manages hotel properties in the upper Midwest and multi-unit residential properties throughout Minnesota.

Our corporate support center has an immediate opening for an office support specialist. This is a part-time/flexible position that combines administrative and analytical tasks into a dynamic and diverse position.
This is the perfect position for someone who wants to work part-time and enjoys a variety of office admin and support-related tasks.

BEI provides a relaxed and professional environment with supportive team members ready to assist and collaborate on new and challenging tasks. The position includes paid time off benefits and starting pay dependent on experience.

Primary job functions:
• Office systems management, such as
copier/printer, phones, postage machine
• Physical space management, such as
organizing, manage cleaning service
• Office supply purchases and monitoring
• Insurance claims management and support
• Track and manage certificates of insurance for
vendors and lien waivers
• Corporate renewals and registrations for
various entities
• Document management of paper and
electronic files
• Long-term record storage management
• General administrative support for a variety of
tasks
