Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Client Support Service Professionals. In this role, you will handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client accounts, providing accurate and efficient assistance while maintaining high departmental performance metrics. This position offers opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced financial service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming phone calls regarding client service inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide support for client Cash Management products and services, client Online (website), Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries.
Maintain professionalism and deliver world-class service to clients at all times.
Contribute effectively to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Demonstrate the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes in a busy financial service center.
Requirements:

Availability for a hybrid schedule, with three days in-office and two days remote.
Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts starting as early as 7 AM and ending as late as 10 PM, including occasional weekends.
Note: This position will begin with remote training and transition to a hybrid schedule. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their skills and contribute to the success of our client's financial service operations.
