Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and technical expertise in maintaining industrial equipment and machinery. As the Maintenance Technician Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the timely completion of maintenance tasks. Additionally, you will be required to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, while adhering to safety protocols and minimizing downtime. Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
