<br>Position Overview:<br> This internship will assist attorneys with general legal research and provide general assistance with legal and administrative tasks in support of the Legal & Compliance team.<br>
<br>Essential Functions:<br>
<ul>
<li>Apply legal skills to support the attorneys and compliance professionals in the legal & compliance team.</li>
<li>Conduct legal research.</li>
<li>Provide legal advice on matters including lending transactions, lending regulatory compliance, administrative law, agricultural law, electronic funds transfer law, contract management, vendor management and privacy law.</li></ul>
<br>Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<br>
<ul>
<li>1st or 2nd year law student in good standing.</li>
<li>Related experience in lending, financial services or agriculture preferred.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Westlaw.</li>
<li>Experience in computer applications including Salesforce and Microsoft Excel, Word, Sharepoint and PowerPoint.</li></ul> <br>
