We pride ourselves in providing high quality mechanical, electrical, lighting, fire protections, security, technology systems and energy management solutions for clients, as well as unprecedented commissioning to facilitate efficient operations of systems.
In this newly added role, a BIM Technician performs routine drafting assignments and maintains master record drawings for clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Works under the direction of the BIM Coordinator, Project Manager, Lead Engineer, and Lead Designer to create modify, maintain, and update master electrical and mechanical plans for large clients. Follows processes and direction established in the company production standards. Maintains a well-organized workspace and electronic filing process.
Works under the direction of others to set up projects in Revit, including linking in necessary background files, coordinating levels, and setting up views and sheets.
Works under the direction of others to update plans based on sketches and markups provided by others from projects and field surveys. Coordinate Phasing of Multiple Projects In Revit
Works under the direction of others to coordinate the phasing between multiple construction projects at similar times for one site. Understand when elements need to be shown as existing or new between projects happening in similar areas of the site.
