Required Skills:
Three (3) months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a Class D driver's license within 30 days of hire. Post-hire criminal background check at employers' expense and due to the presence of children and expensive tools and equipment on the farm. Failure to pass criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Extensive pushing, pulling sitting, and frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required.

Job Description:
Need 2 full time, seasonal, temporary Ag Equipment Operators to work in Gary, MN., and Winger, MN.
From: 03/15/2024 - 12/15/2024
Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon. - Sat.
Hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of time and a half.

Job Duties: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Load agricultural products into trucks, and drive trucks to market or storage facilities. Clean work areas. General maintenance and repair to farm machinery. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.

Job Requirements: Three(3) Months experience is required, Able to obtain Class D License, Post-hire criminal background check at employer's expense, Lift 50lbs., Extensive pushing, pulling, sitting, frequent stooping and repetitive movements are required.

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival
at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal
commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance.
Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of
$59.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by
employer.
