Twin City Staffing presents an exciting opportunity for a maintenance technician in Rogers, MN. This maintenance technician opportunity is ideal for anyone with previous electrical experience and who enjoys working with their hands.

Location: Rogers, MN
Wage: $25-$28/hr., DOE
Hours: Second shift 3 pm – 11 pm, Monday – Friday

Duties of the maintenance technician:
Ensure machinery operates correctly
Troubleshoot using schematics and wiring diagrams
Replace defective parts using hoists, cranes, and hand/power tools
Communicate effectively with supervisors on repairs
Prioritize repairs and maintain detailed reports in the maintenance log
Ensure tools are stored properly and in good working order
Fabricate parts using various equipment such as welders, plasma cutters, torches, grinders, etc.
Requirements of the maintenance technician:
Electrical experience is required
Strong attendance record
Good organizational skills and effective written and verbal communication skills
1 year + of maintenance experience is advantageous
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
