This is a full-time internship starting June 4, 2024 and ending August 23, 2024
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Digital Team to deliver creative solutions that drive occupancy and enhance branding across our diverse communities. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to dive into various facets of digital marketing, providing invaluable experience and exposure in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Utilize RentCafe to implement and oversee website changes
Develop and execute targeted email campaigns
Craft compelling content and execute strategic social media marketing initiatives across various platforms including Meta Business Suite
Monitor and manage our online reputation to uphold brand integrity and enhance customer perception
Generate insightful reports on owned, paid, and shared media performance, utilizing data to drive informed marketing decisions
Assist in coordinating and executing digital marketing projects
Conduct comprehensive audits to evaluate marketing strategies and identify areas for optimization and improvement
Copywriting & copyediting
Collaborate on content calendars and strategize content creation to maintain a consistent brand presence across channels
Perform basic photo editing and resizing as needed to enhance visual assets for digital marketing campaigns
Conduct in-depth research to support marketing initiatives and prepare detailed reports to track progress and outcomes
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be in the process of earning a degree in a Marketing field or a recent graduate
Great verbal and written communication skills; copywriting and copyediting experience or interest
Average mathematical ability and above average reasoning and analytical skills
Great attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to accept delegated assignments; work with moderate independence
Ability to work collaborate in a team environment to achieve optimal solutions to department challenges
