KEARNEY, NE - BluePrint Engines is looking to add a friendly individual to our project management team that is detail oriented and enjoys a fast-paced environment. DAILY TASKS (including, but not limited to)
- Updating and auditing bills of material
- Creating and formatting spreadsheets in Excel
- Assisting project managers with documentation
- Helping organize and update project tasks and timelines
- Scheduling and confirming meetings and travel plans when needed
- Helping organize and update project tasks and timelines
- Communicating with team members and assisting in tasks in order to keep projects progressing
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Comfortable with communicating with team member.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
- Comfortable with computers and their applications
- Ability to learn and take direction.
- Must have a positive, upbeat personality and demeanor.
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- The drive to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
While we are willing to train the right candidates, individuals with the following experience will be considered as high-end candidates:
- Experience with Gantt charts and project management tools.
- General engine knowledge
- Project management experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Clean, air-conditioned and heated facility
- Flexible and family oriented
HOURS
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
PAY
- $19-21 / hour depending upon experience
