ABOUT THIS POSITION
This manager level position will require strong skills in project & process management, problem solving, building & managing relationships and strategic thinking. This person is responsible for ensuring that Inspire has the right sales incentive plans in place to drive sales performance, retain talented sales team members and take care of the patients we serve. The incentive programs must adapt and grow with our business. This position will interface with Sales, Human Resources, IT, Finance, Marketing and other functional areas as needed to align incentives with business strategy in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. This role must be flexible for changing priorities, able to work without supervision and manage direct reports.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
Work in close collaboration with sales leadership to design incentive plans that will help drive achievement of corporate objectives
Responsible for the design and implementation of sales compensation plans and programs
Perform financial forecasting activities related to revenue projections and sales compensation spending
Create analytical models and tools to evaluate incentive plan costs and effectiveness.
Create and maintain advanced trending tools and analytical models to aid with business understanding - improve organizational effectiveness
Manage one or more external vendor relationships for the systems we are utilizing;
Lead a team of 2+ individual contributors

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
10 or more years' experience in one or more of the following fields: sales operations, incentive compensation design, incentive compensation administration
Demonstrated skill in the areas of: project management, building and maintaining relationships, problem solving and strategic thinking
Demonstrated team leadership skills
Strong understanding and working knowledge of computer databases and systems
Proficient in MS Access and Excel as well as MS Office suite
Demonstrated ability to complete assignments of increasing complexity
Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently with changing priorities
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, execute and report on projects
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in a related field such as Business Administration
It's preferred that the individual has some experience in the medical device industry
Proficient in one or more data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
Previous or current experience with one or more customer relationship management systems such as SalesForce.com, SAP, MS Dynamics, etc.
