Lockport. Apex Consulting Survey & Engineering Services. Survey Technician. FT. $18 - $24/hour. ENGINEERING SURVEYING NOT INFORMATION SURVEYS! Responsibilities of Job: * Work to be performed in field and in the office * AutoCAD experience required * Processing and importing survey data into Carlson Survey or equivalent / Working knowledge of GPS * Research deeds and maps form the County Clerk and other sources * Constructing deeds and maps in AutoCAD 2016 * Drafting boundary and topographic maps * Communication and coordination with project surveyors and field crews * survey field work can include cutting brush and setting stakes Work Experience Needed: * Minimum 2 Years; a Degree a Plus General Qualifications: * Must have good attention to detail and be well organized * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral * A desire to learn and continue education through training, research and professional classes * Ability to think critically and quickly * Willingness to work as part of a complete survey team * Valid Driver's License and clean driving record COVID-19 considerations: Following all NYS required Covid-19 Safety Plan in work place Follow link to apply through Indeed.com: https://www.indeed.com/jobs?q=apex+consulting&l=Niagara+County%2C+NY&vjk=63c820888b0d84e2 Or forward cover letter and resume to: careers@apexconsultingpc.net
