Job Description:
Listen up! Pro Staff has a temp-to-hire opportunity for you. We are hiring a Shift Lead in Alexandria, MN. Join the team at a local manufacturing warehouse and get your career moving in the right direction.
Friday - Sunday | 6 AM - 6:30 PM | $22 - $25 per hour
Qualifications | 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry + supervisory experience
Be responsible for ensuring all employees are engaged in the safety 24/7 culture, train and develop employees in their area of responsibility, ensure employees are following company policies, lead by example, teach and adhere to safety standards and quality standards, monitor production schedule to prioritize work, promote the company's core values, and have a working knowledge of all department operations, functions, and processes while performing all related work as required. Physical requirements include lifting 60 pounds and standing for the entire shift.
