for an Industrial Mechanic to roll up their sleeves and dive into the
nitty-gritty of rotating equipment. Your role will involve not only
fixing and rebuilding equipment, but also getting your hands dirty with
pipe fitting, manual machining, and handling materials. Whether it\'s
taking measurements, vibration analysis, or even tackling electrical
tasks, you\'ll be the go-to person for ensuring our customers\' rotating
equipment runs smoothly, guaranteeing their machinery returns to them in
top-notch condition. What You\'ll Do: Dismantle equipment following
manufacturer\'s guidelines and industry standards. Conduct thorough
inspections of equipment and its components to spot signs of wear and
tear. Troubleshoot potential causes of equipment failure. Provide clear
information regarding necessary parts and any additional work required.
Offer suggestions to enhance equipment reliability. Document all
findings accurately in reports. Roll up your sleeves and paint
equipment, prepping it for shipment. Load, secure, and transport
equipment to its destination as needed. Keep the shop in shipshape
condition through regular cleaning and organization. Be ready for any
other tasks that come your way. What You\'ll Need: High school diploma
or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in equipment repair and
maintenance. A knack for mechanics and a talent for problem-solving.
Proficiency in deciphering technical manuals and schematics. Stellar
communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Ability
to work independently or as part of a tight-knit crew. A valid driver\'s
