The University of Cincinnati, Department of Internal Medicine Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism is seeking a clinical endocrinologist for an Adjunct Assistant Professor - GEO position. This position will be 75% FTE. The Division has a strong interest in clinical faculty wanting to specialize in Diabetes, Metabolic Bone/Mineral Disorders, Obesity, and Cancer Metabolism.

Essential Functions


The individual selected will have patient care responsibilities including, but not limited to endocrinology outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital services and consults.
This position also includes teaching and training learners at multiple levels in the education process focused in the area of clinical endocrinology.
The teaching mission includes precepting fellows, residents and/or medical students in ambulatory and inpatient settings, as well as providing lectures or leading small group discussions.
Other responsibilities include attending and participating in departmental and divisional meetings and conferences.

Minimum Requirements


Applicants must have a M.D., MD/PhD degree or equivalent.
Board Eligible or Board Certified Endocrinologist.
Candidate must be eligible for medical licensure in Ohio.
