Job Description

What You'll Do

Commitment to manage the department for growth with a strong emphasis on technical work execution and business development
Lead and mentor a team of geotechnical engineers and project managers
Oversee geotechnical and field services projects
Prepare and review reports
Prepare proposals for geotechnical engineering services
Manage departmental P&L
Assist senior staff in marketing ECS services by maintaining regular client contact

What We're Looking For

BS or MS in Civil Engineering or Geological Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university; MSCE with geotechnical emphasis preferred

10-12 years of civil/geotechnical engineering experience

Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one within three months
