Job Description: |
At SWAT Environmental, we install “Radon Mitigation Systems” protect homes and businesses across the nation from the harmful effects of Radon, which is a naturally occurring, radioactive gas that escapes when uranium in the soil decays and can become concentrated in a home, seeping through cracks and openings in the foundation (basements). The EPA recommends that structures testing above 4 pCi/L (picocuries per liter) have a Radon Mitigation System installed. Most of the work will be with PVC Pipe to build the system.
