  • $10,000 sign-on bonus
  • BSN (or higher) premium - $1.00/hour
  • Certification premium - $1.25/hour
  • Night premium - $4.50/hour
  • Weekend premium - $4.00/hour
  • Overtime pay

    UW Medical Center - Montlake is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our award-winning team.

    UW Medical Center Montlake is the first magnet designated hospital in the United States and was just awarded its seventh consecutive designation.

    About L&D
  • We have 150 deliveries a month (as a quaternary care hospital)
  • 70% of our OB moms are high risk with neonates, medically complex co-morbidities.
  • We provide care for up to 14 antepartum patients, 9 L & D patients, 18 postpartum mother/baby pairs.
  • We have antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum services. 
  • We staff according to AWHONN standards.
  • We are a certified WHO-Baby Friendly Hospital.
  • Will provide outpatient services if needed.

    Schedule
    36 hours/week, 12-hour night shifts.

    Requirements
  • At least one year of current/recent labor and delivery nursing experience
  • Have/obtain a current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Washington.
  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
