Position at Lifespark
Landmark of Fridley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Director to join our growing team!

Landmark of Fridley Senior Living is in Fridley, MN, located right off Central Ave and Mississippi Street, at the former home of Sandee's Restaurant. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 69-unit apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Landmark of Fridley is a growing community with a fun, caring and passionate team. Join our team today!

Wage: $27-$32
Schedule: Monday-Friday, on call

In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment.Duties include:


Ensures repair, maintenance, and function of building electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floorcare, vehicles and grounds meet expectations.
Creates and implements preventive maintenance program for buildings, grounds, vehicles,and equipment.
Ensures work orders are completed in a timely manner.
Consistently protects residents andtenants' safety by controlling access to chemicals and equipment.
Attends andassists in training events to maintain and expand competencies and customerservice.
Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and adherence to department's budget.

Preferred Qualifications:


High School Diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated knowledge of mechanics, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing as well ashousekeeping and laundry operations.
Experience in health care is preferred.
