Sr. Therapy Development Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Therapy Development & Sales:
1.Engage customers per the call planner and territory plan
2.Execute country key initiatives to achieve plan, maximize market share and achieve financial goals
3.Collaborates with other business units, such as CRM, EP and SH on sales referral  opportunities
4.Organize distrubutor meeting to identify opportunities for new contracts
5.Recruit and oversee distributor; negotiate contract terms, set up in SAP system
6.Collaborate with clinical team to organize training and certification for new distributors to ensure professional, standadized service
7.Coordinate and manage the ordering and supply cycle. Monthly analysis of the buy-in and implant achievement of distributor. Delivers monthly and quarterly standard reports
8.Work together with sales and clinical and marketing team to engage with relevant Chinese physicians and societies to present the HeartMate 3 technology and clinical data and support local and national conferences and programs 9.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulations


Clinical Support:
1.Develop a thorough understanding of advanced heart failure and HM3 as a treatment option.
2.Become fully trained and certified to support HeartMate 3 cases, including assessment of patient suitability and case planning
3.Optimize process regarding patient screening and procedure scheduling
4.Call on referring physicians to present the HeartMate 3 technology and clinical data.
5.Support in the resolution of product complaints and/or safety issues e.g. PER
6.Adheres to reporting requirements of completed cases, case pipeline tracking, and other progress reports
7.Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required
8)PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS (including skills and experience):
Industry Experience:
Previous experience in front-line sales / clinical sales / distribution management role essential
Previous experience within the medical device / pharmaceutical industry advantageous
Education:

Bachelor degree or above

Planning & Organizing:  Effectively identifies, plans, schedules and co-ordinates the resources (people, material, information, time) required to accomplish goals.
Computer Skills:
Proficient at using Microsoft Office Suites (ie. Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
