Volt is hiring Assembly Workers in Dayton and Rogers, MN

 <ul> <li>Climate Controlled</li> <li>Free/Safe Parking</li> <li>Weekly Pay/Benefits</li> <li>Entry Level</li> <li>Long Term Assignment</li> </ul>As an assembly worker you will: <ul> <li>Prep and assemble parts in a manufacturing environment. </li> <li>Perform all quality checks on inventory/parts prior to assembly</li> <li>Assembly workers will construct small machines while following instructions</li> </ul>This is a Full Time opportunity. The ideal assembly worker will: <ul> <li>18 years of age or older</li> <li>High school diploma or GED</li> <li>Follow written and verbal instructions</li> <li>Hand/Eye coordination</li> <li>Fine motor skills for repetitive tasks</li> <li>Ability to stand, twist, squat, push, pull and lift up 45lbs</li> <li>Able to use power tools</li> <li>Meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements</li> </ul>Assemblers with the following experience is a plus: <ul> <li>Prior assembly work</li> <li>Manufacturing</li> <li>Production</li> <li>Blueprint knowledge</li> <li>Forklift experience</li> <li>Industrial Painter experience</li> </ul>
1st Shift:
 6am-2pm, Monday through Friday $21.00/hour 
2nd shift:
 2pm-Midnight, Monday through Thursday $22.00/hour 
3rd Shift: Injection molding
 10pm- 6am, Sunday through Thursday $22.00/hour 
 
Pay Rate: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
 *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
