Job Description:
Corporate Field Operations Specialist
Summary: The Corporate Field Operations Technician / Specialist is responsible for partnering with Operations leaders and functional partners on Capital Project planning and execution, helping to drive
Travel expectations: Ability to travel out of state up 75-100% (sometimes at last minute)
Key Accountabilities:
40%- Depot Service and Facility Maintenance
Install/ troubleshoot depot equipment
Drive facility excellence
Coordinate service providers for facility mechanicals
60%- Capital Project planning and execution
Depot tank installation and depot equipment maintenance
Depot relocations/opening new depots
Requirements:
Expert level hands-on mechanical & electrical skills
5+ years previous experience in hands on mechanical, construction, plumbing, HVAC or related trades
Minimum of 3 years RT experience driver, tech, combined.
Level 3 tech or depot specialist
Ability to support some weekend stays
Knowledge of facility maintenance
Must meet Restaurant Technologies' Fleet Safety requirements, valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
Carry a minimum of 50 pounds by hand up to several hundred yards by cart
Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach out
Ability to climb up and down a ladder as high as 20 feet in the air
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Ability to train and provide mentorship to other service technicians
Microsoft Office knowledge
Preferred:
Class A license
