Occupational Therapist - Temporary (16 weeks) Part Time - Day Shift
1st week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
2nd week: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Responsibilities and Requirements
Primary Function
-Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides treatments for patients with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence.
-Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical record to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies

Position Qualifications
Experience
-Minimum of two-year experience preferred. Entry-level acceptable.

Education and Training
-Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with a Bachelor?s or Master?s degree
-Ability to comprehend and write the English language

License, Certification & Registration
-MAOT - MA OT License

Other Requirements
-Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prostheses that will enable these senses to function adequately so the requirements of the position can be fully met
