Job Description: |
Our data team manages the data transformation and import process for our new customers as they onboard with Payzerware from various other software systems. You will be responsible for analyzing and understanding a customer's data in their current system and mapping it to the appropriate fields in our database. You will ensure that it is cleansed and loaded accurately into their account, confirming that the user interface functions properly after the data is loaded. You will also identify and manage any customer data issues that occur as a result of the data-load process, and follow them to resolution with our in-house data loading teammates. Work closely with customers, sales, technology, and customer service to ensure that our new customers have a seamless transition into Payzerware
Attend Kickoff meetings with new merchants / Payzerware Implementation Specialists to discuss data loading strategies, as required
Receive and analyze data files (CSV, JSON, .BAK, etc) from customer data systems
Prepare/manipulate data files for upload into the database using our existing process (Excel and SQL based)
Review results of data loads to ensure accuracy and completeness
Communicate directly with customers, as needed, to resolve any data issues / questions

Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan.
