Position at Lifespark
Cedar Creek, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Cook/Chefto join our growing team!

Cedar Creek Senior Living is located not far from Highway 65 in East Bethel. Come enjoy the beautiful views from our building and meet our team mascot Cheetah! We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 70-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Full-time 10:30a-6:30p Shift, including every other weekend
Wage:$17.50 - $22.50

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, facility procedures, and dietary and sanitary regulations.Duties include:


Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.

Direct and assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and floors, dishes, and utensils.

Check all trays for menu and diet requirements and preference and accuracy.

Ensure proper storage for food and supplies.

Review and process diet changes and ensure menus are maintained and followed in accordance with established procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:


High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.

Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
