About Tanglewood
In 1940, the Berkshire Music Center (now the Tanglewood Music Center) began its operations. Home to the famous Boston Symphony Orchestra, and the site of one of the world's best-known music festivals, Tanglewood hosts the Festival of Contemporary Music, along with many other events including concerts of various genres from jazz to pop. Today, Tanglewood annually draws over 350,000 visitors. Each season offers not only a vast quantity of music, but also a vast range of musical forms and styles, all of it presented with a regard for artistic excellence that makes the festival unique.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervises the Patron Services Representative team in the Welcome Center and at the Tappan House.
- Works with team to promote exceptional service to ensure a memorable patron experience.
- Manage Lost and Found
- Disseminating information, and providing general customer service in person, over the phone, over email, and other online channels.
- Assists guests with accessing Mobile Tickets.
- Assists with any equipment setup needed (ex. Sandwich Boards, Lawn Games, Tables, Chairs, etc.)
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure service excellence.
- Attends all customer service training and orientation meetings.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of Tanglewood's grounds and programs; includes all events, rehearsals, talks, tours, amenities, etc.
- Must have a strong background in Customer Service and Management
- Knowledge of music is extremely helpful.
- Foreign languages are a plus.
