The Work:

Ideate, design, propose and deliver health analytics solutions with consideration for strategy, functionality, usability, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance.

Support the strategy and delivery of analytics across Federal Health projects.

Build client relationships by developing and delivering strategic solutions for Federal Health clients.

Establish work plans and coordinate staffing for each project phase and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel
What you need:

Bachelor’s degree
-
3+ years of experience with programs at the intersection of health, strategy, and data science
-
Experience supporting strategy and managing client relationships
-
Experience with a range of advanced analytic tools, methods, and platforms
-
US Citizenship required
Bonus Points if you have:

Masters or PhD degree in a relevant scientific or business field (e.g. Health Informatics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Public Health)

Experience working with a Federal Health agency such as NIH, CDC, CMS, FDA, VA, DHA, MHS or other health & human services organizations

Experience with solutions that use advanced data visualization tools and languages, such as Tableau or PowerBI

Experience with one or more analytical systems, such as Python Anaconda, R Studio, Databricks, Palantir, Snowflake, Azure analytics, AWS analytics, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) analytics

Ability to negotiate complex scenarios and challenges and devise courses of action to resolve situations with predictable outcomes

Experience with business development at a Federal Health agency, including experience authoring and solutioning solicitation responses

Experience designing and developing methods, processes, and systems to analyze diverse data types (e.g. structured and unstructured formats, "big data" sources, geospatial data, etc.)

Experience using machine learning, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data visualizations, and/or artificial intelligence towards healthcare, biomedical, and/or public health objectives

Experience designing, architecting, deploying, and/or evaluating health information technologies

Fluency in health policy topics
