Job Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE

Our crane resolution team monitors the ASRS Cranes, determine any issues with ability to effectively use the crane and detect and resolve ASRS errors quickly. Provide feedback to operations management on corrective action. Maintain maximum through-put and Up-Time for Freetown Distribution Automated Storage and Retrieval System.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must be 18 years or older
Experience with MS Word and Excel
Good problem solving skills
Good mechanical and general computer skills required
Ability to follow directions and document findings
Ability to work on various shifts and work in refrigerated environment as needed
Prior experience in distribution, inventory control or manufacturing is a plus
Knowledge of HK and EXE a plus or any ERP warehouse system
