JOB REQUIREMENTS: A growing custom machine builder in Green Bay, WI,
working in diverse markets is hiring for 1st and 2nd shift CNC
Programmers. They specialize in bringing innovations alive for our
customers and are looking to add qualified and dynamic individuals to
their machining department. This is NOT your run of the mill shop,
you\'ll get to work on complex parts and builds that require individuals
to apply their physical AND mental horsepower to GET THE JOB DONE.
DON\'T FORGET ABOUT THE \$2000 SIGNING BONUS! CNC Machinist job
responsibilities include: - Calculate dimensions and tolerances using
knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and Vernier
calipers - Measure, examine, and test completed part(s) in order to
detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision
instruments such as micrometers - Program CNC machine tools using G-code
and/or MasterCam - Review drawings or instructions to understand
specifications of output and planning the sequence of necessary actions
for the completion of a job in the allotted time - Use blueprints to
select the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used in
preparation of machinery work - Set up, adjust, and operate machine tool
to make complete part - Perform diagnostic work to identify machine
malfunctions and determine need for adjustment or repairs - Align
components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces - Perform safe
rigging operations (chains and slings) - Consult with engineers, project
leaders, team leaders, and other manufacturing personnel in order to
exchange technical information \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent with at least five
years of \"job shop\" (low volume) machining experience - Able to
accurately use all measuring instruments and tools - Strong math and
analytical skills - Knowledge of the properties of metal and other
material - Able to operator overhead crane and forklift - Good hand-eye
