Dunkin' Cake Line Operator in Washington, District Of Columbia
A CML Cake Line Operator is generally responsible for producing donuts and bakery products according to Dunkin’ operational standards and franchisee policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. The Cake Line Operator must adhere to cake mixing and processing procedures, including bowl time, processing time, fry time and temperature, and portion control.
Responsibilities Include:
Follow Brand standards, recipes and procedures
Ensure the cake depositor is properly setup; plungers, raw weight across all heads, drop height
Monitor bowl and total time for each batch
Monitor cut counts
Monitor glaze application to standard
Manage and stage mixes to ensure continuous operation within mix time standards
Maintain batch reports and update as each batch is processed
Manage product counts to achieve batch report requirements
Manage product changeovers
Meeting production goals
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Clean equipment and work area
Maintain a people focused culture in the bakery
Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
Work other positions as directed by supervisor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
