Job DescriptionJob Description: Job Description: Manager is looking for a receptionist that knows the English language well. Candidate must be a self starter, manage your day to day and not be afraid to ask questions. Looking for a bubbly personality that is open to learning. Candidate will be using a headset, will be transferring calls to the appropriate area and must be well organized. Knowledge in HVAC is not necessary, but would be helpful if the candidate is familiar with the lingo. Candidate will be alphabetizing files, ordering lunches, setting up the schedule for the training room, etc.
Responsibilities:
In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by management.
Answer and transfer incoming calls pleasantly and professionally
Direct calls to the appropriate associate or department, take a message or transfer to the appropriate associate's voicemail when necessary
Greet visitors
Alert associates when they have a visitor
Accept incoming deliveries
Assist in answering customer questions
Assure appropriate coverage of phones when away from desk
Data entry
Qualifications:
A High School Degree combined with previous administrative experience will be considered. 1-3 years of receptionist experience is helpful, but manager is open to anyone who wants to learn as well.
Customer service skills
Ability to handle difficult customers
Phone skills
Ability to handle multi-line phone system
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Minimum clerical skills (basic typing and computer skills)
Ability to interact with management
Comments for Suppliers: Work Hours: 8am-5pm, with a 1 hour unpaid lunch, M-F
