JOB REQUIREMENTS: Stoughton Health has an excellent employment
opportunity for a full-time RN in the Medical/Surgical department. The
registered nurse position is responsible for providing professional
nursing care to patients in assigned units. The registered nurse
maintains accountability for his/her own practice and delegates/provides
direction to other nursing personnel in the unit in accordance with
their level of experience and expertise. Qualifications include:
Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing, current RN
licensure in the State of Wisconsin in good standing, and current CPR
certification. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training is required
every two years. Epic training will be provided. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications include: Associate\'s
Degree in Nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in good
standing in the State of WI. Prefer someone with a Bachelor\'s Degree in
Nursing. Requires one year relevant nursing experience or supervisory
recommendation. Must have current BLS certification on hire, ACLS
certification within 90 days of hire, PALS certification within 6
months. Non-violent crisis intervention training-every two years on
