Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for making an impact in the community, every single day, through support of Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO) sponsorships, regional partnerships and community events.
Building and maintaining relationships comes natural to them, because they understand what it takes to form a sustainable, strategic partnership. From assessing sponsorship requests, to strategizing with local organizations, to onsite event activations, their responsibilities vary from routine tasks to collaborative and innovative opportunities.

This is a full-time position working M-F from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. This is a hybrid position which will involve working Tuesday and Wednesday out of our Corporate Office in Bloomington.
Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare. Essential Functions:
Lead TCO community sponsorship process and programs, including initial request intake, review, evaluation, development of assets, tracking and reporting.
Develop and manage recommended regional budgets, in support of accounting needs and established organizational budget - enhancing metrics where needed. Produce and present budget reports to Senior Leadership.
Project manage and track deadlines for all sponsorship related needs and programs.
Lead communication efforts for supporting marketing materials in collaboration with graphic design, communication and brand, and social and digital team members.
Responsible for the development, execution, optimization, maintenance, measurement and reporting of all programs to increase brand awareness and preference.
Manage intake of various community-based events including initial request intake, review, evaluation, development of assets, tracking and reporting.
Lead event planning and onsite execution of all internal and external events, including employee and new location functions, sporting events, races, etc.
Coordinate event logistics, material design, production, and distribution of collateral and promotional merchandise.
Lead and support internal efforts for participation and volunteerism to support "Be the Difference" culture.
Serve as an internal and external champion for our sports and community partnership efforts and represent the organization at internal and external events.
Develop and support partnered and produced events via execution of all assets and deliverables.
Produce post-event recap and present to applicable parties.
Project manage and track deadlines for all marketing related events and maintain a marketing events calendar.
Work collaboratively to enhance the TCO and Training HAUS brand connection to the community and continued market share growth through partnership, sponsorship and event initiatives.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events, Communications or related field
2-3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience in event marketing, sports marketing, marketing, corporate/cause partnerships, sports/partnership marketing account management, and/or corporate branding/marketing.
Experience with integrated marketing programs (marketing collateral, digital assets, community partnerships, etc. targeted to different consumer and corporate audiences
Ability to plan and execute events from start to finish.
Ability to build relationships with individuals both internally and externally with diverse personalities and styles and at different levels of seniority.
Ability to develop and execute a plan including goals, metrics, strategy and tactics
Ability to effectively lead internal and external meetings and groups
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines and manage expectations of all stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage varied projects simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to effectively collect, analyze, organize, distill and present information, as able to build consensus and find creative solutions
Self-motivated; ability to lead projects independently from concept to completion
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to continually focus on streamlined and effective communication efforts
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other teams within and outside the organization
Has remote work experience and familiarity with remote working software's (ex: Zoom) and can easily adapt to new work environments and teams
