Overview

  • Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits and wages ranging from $36 - 47 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

Ebenezer and Arbor Lane Senior Living is looking for a RN/Nurse. This nursing role is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior assisted living/memory care residents are met for our vibrant, beautiful, and busy community in Burnsville, MN.

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
  • Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
  • RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
  • Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Qualifications

Required:

  • Current MN RN license or by start date
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
    (3 week grace period for BLS) 

Preferred:

  • Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
  • Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers
  • Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
