Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Landscape Designer to join our award-winning design-build division in our new office in Osterville, MA. Our prime storefront location features a design studio to showcase our unique designs & host client consultations.

Requirements
3+ years? of experience in landscape design, particularly high-end residential properties;
2+ years? experience using AutoCAD. Sketch-up: nice to have but optional.
Ability to read & create technical drawings;
High-level understanding of zoning requirements & permit procedures by town, including conservation committees
Expert-level knowledge of products & materials (plants, hardscapes, lighting, etc.)
Expert-level understanding of grading & drainage
Sales experience with high-end clientele
Valid MA Driver?s license with an excellent driving record

Responsibilities
Connect & follow up with pre-qualified leads to explore project details & set up appointments with residential clients
Meet with clients for initial design meetings & design plans according to client specifications utilizing CAD software
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time & within budget
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure design specifications, material/vendor selection, & project budgets are adhered to
Work closely with our Project Managers & construction crews to ensure design plans are executed accurately & efficiently. Provide guidance or clarification when needed.
Maintain consistent & timely communication with clients throughout the design & build process.
